The challenge
The mobile command center must be able to navigate and operate in rough urban and sub-urban terrain. The command center is used when there are large crowds gathering for friendly or violent demonstrations.
The solution
Combilent standards and well proven Auto Tuned Combiners and Receive Multi Couplers, originally designed for stationary base station use, were upgraded with heavy duty suspension for mounting in the mobile command center whilst maintaining the standard mode of operation, fast delivery and limited extra cost for the specific application.
Before installing in the vehicle, the products were qualified for full operational functionality based on MIL-810G vibration standards.
The use of Auto Tuned Combiners provides full frequency flexibility and fast setup upon arrival at the site.
